Shipping policy

We offer FREE Shipping* on orders over $100 and FLAT RATE Shipping* of $10.00 on All Orders - Canadian Customers Only

US Customers can also enjoy FREE Shipping* on orders over $100 and a Flat Rate Standard of $15 up 1.5 kg thereafter will be charged the current rate of Canada Post.

International Orders will receive the current rate from Canada Post.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority is charged at the current rate. 

We receive competitive shipping rates through Canada Post and pass these rates on to our customers with no mark up or handling fees.

All shipping methods include insurance and a tracking number which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide us with. Please note that your purchases may be mailed separately and will each receive their own tracking number.

We ship by Canada Post and depending on your location, your order should arrive within 2 to 10 business days within Canada.

US and International Customers please allow 10 - 14 days for delivery. Occasionally customs may hold deliveries. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but it is beyond our control.

There may be postal delays at peak periods (such as Christmas) beyond our control. Once you have placed and paid for your order we will prepare your order and it will ship within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders will ship the next business day.
